Event Description
Project SEARCH Frosty 5K
Project SEARCH is a high school transition to work program for young adults with disabilities that takes place entirely at the workplace (Ebenezer Middle School). The goal for each student in this program is competitive employment. The program provides real life work experiences combined with training in employability and independent living skills to help young adults with significant disabilities make successful transitions from school to productive adult life.
A portion of the money raised at this event will be donated to the Effingham County Backpack Buddies. The remaining money will be used to support the Project SEARCH program.
