Event Description
Spring 2025 Adult Run Training in Holly Springs is brought to you by Triangle Run Smart Training, presented by Pace Yourself Run Company and The Running PTs.
The class is 6 weeks long and is geared toward helping adults train for a spring race and work on overall fitness. All levels and paces are welcome!
The class will include a detailed daily plan over the 6 weeks, with 2 coached group runs per week, suggested cross-training & strength training workouts, and Saturday group long runs.
Cost of the class is $60. No refund or class credit if you drop the class after registering.
If you have financial difficulty in affording a training class, please contact us. We have a donation program that can help out.
Cost includes: 6-week training schedule, 2 coach-led group run workouts per week, email access to the coach throughout the program, 20% off discount at Pace Yourself Run Company (some restrictions apply), training class shirt, strength training plan, coach-led Saturday group long runs, 15% discount on merchandise (shirts, hats) at The Running PTs, and weekly tips and running information from your coach and The Running PTs to supplement your knowledge.
Coach Dave Gross will coach this class.
Program dates: March 23, 2025 - May 3, 2025. Group training will meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:30AM-6:30AM, and there are group long runs with all spring adult classes on Saturdays at 7:00AM-9:00AM. The class will meet on Tuesdays & Thursdays and rotate among locations: Pace Yourself Run Company (242 S Main Street, Suite 102, Holly Springs 27540). Womble Park (300 Stinson Avenue, Holly Springs 27540), and Holly Grove Middle School track (1401 Avent Ferry Road, Holly Springs 27540). Saturday run locations vary weekly and rotate throughout the Triangle area.
