The Moreno Valley Road Runners Club's 12th Annual Jingle Bell Run is Southern California's most exciting race. The money raised from this run will support our running club and future day events.

Event details and schedule

Moreno Valley Road Runners Club will be celebrating our 12th annual Jingle Bell fun run at Lake Perris State Recreation Area Dam 17801 Lake Perris Drive Perris, CA 92571. On December 13, 2025, at 7:00 am.

 

What: Don’t miss Southern California’s best Jingle Bell tradition! Run/walk a 5K before you open gifts. There will be a 1-mile kids race (ages 12 and under) Everyone is welcome!

 

Where: Enjoy a historic course along the Dam, referred to as The Lake Perris Dam. You’ll pass by such a notable lake. What a great way to see the beautiful lake in the morning.

 

Course: The race starts and finishes at the Dam. This is a flat, long course with no traffic.

 

When: December 13, 2025, at 7:00 am. Packet pick up on race day only.

 

Race Start Times: The kid’s 1-mile race starts at 8:15 AM, and the 5K start at 8:30 AM.

 

Awards: Top 3 boys and girls in the 1-mile race, Top 3 open Males and Females in the 5K.

 

Giving away: Medals to all participants and 50 first sign-ups will get a t-shirt.

 

Fees: The kids' one-mile race is $5.00, the 5-K race is $20.00. All payments are the same on race day. We take cash, Venmo, the Cash app, and Zelle on race day. The entrance to the park will be $10.00.

Instructions on how to get to the Jingle Bell Race at lake Perris, from the Perris side after you pass security you want to make a right on Alta Calle the first entrance before lot number one. From the Moreno Valley side, you want to drive till you pass Lot Number One, once you pass the lot you want to make a left on Alta Calle before the exit on the Perris side.
