Event Description
Happy New Year!!!
We hope you'll kick off the New Year with us! Join us on January 6th at 5:45pm for an evening of running, breath-work, and yoga. Charlotte, a breath work coach and RYT500 yoga instructor, will be our host for this evenings event. We will meet up at the store and then take off for a 2-mile run. We will come back to the store and then have a 45 minute breath-work/yoga session.
We'll also have some water and water cups in a cooler in the store. Please bring a yoga mat with you; we do not have extras. If you'd like to have water with you for the run, please feel free to bring some with you.
Space is limited as we have room for about 15 people, so register when you can. An email with additional details will go out the day before the event.
