Event Description
Walk.Run.Race is a progressive training program with the goal of helping individuals go the DISTANCE..whether it is going from inactivity to running/jogging a 5K, 10K, Half Marathon or Marathon. The program will safely progress in length and speed each week, starting with timed trials and culminating with your chosen road race. Previous running or racing experience is NOT REQUIRED. This program was designed for Beginners and Advanced runner alike. in mind!
Participants will be assigned to a small training group along with a coach to lead each session. These coaches are available to help participants reach their goals of running a road race. Participants are expected to train at least 3x per week with the group or individually. A full training schedule will be provided at the time of registration.
The Walk.Run.Race program participants will receive:
- Temecula, Murrieta and Menifee Training locations.
- 3 Guided Group Workouts & Trainings per week led by Certified Coaches
- Walk.Run.Race. Technical T-Shirt
- Detailed Day-to-Day Schedule to keep you progressing towards your goals
- Expert-led clinics on form, nutrition, hydration, racing strategies and more
- Weekly training newsletter with schedule and training tips about running gear, foam rolling and recovery
- Team Social Events, such as potlucks, post-run gatherings and community runs

12 Week Training
Begins March 11, 2017 – This session is designed for the beginner through the advanced. If you are curious about running and just starting out, we can help you on your journey. We will develop a plan to help you progressively go from where you are to where you want to be. If you have your sights on crossing the finish line of 5K or 10K, then this program is for you. Or, maybe you have been running for a while and looking to work on speed, form and mechanics so you can get that PR that you always dreamed about. This 12-week session can help the experienced runners fine tune your abilities in preparation for the half marathon or marathon distance.

Orientation #1 - Wednesday, March 1st @ 6:00 PM at The Running Center Temecula
Orientation #2 - Tuesday, March 7th @ 6:00 PM at The Running Center Temecula
8 Week Training
Begins April 8, 2017 – This session is designed for the Beginner and the runner that is currently racing events or has been training on their own and has a current base under of 8 miles under their belt if training for the half marathon, or 14 miles if you’re training for a full marathon. This session will help fine tune your abilities and help you work on speed if that’s your goal.
