Event Description

Grab some friends and show us your strength in the ultimate test of teamwork and toughness in the Alpha Warrior Team Tough Virtual Challenge.  Win up to $1000 from San Antonio Sports for your high school, get cool swag and claim Alpha Warrior bragging rights! The best part, it's FREE! 

Taking place over one month, team members will follow the Alpha Warrior training program by logging their progress and posting videos to #teamtough in order to reach team goals and move on to the next level. Find the progressive workouts (Delta, Charlie, Bravo and Alpha)  below along with demonstration videos and sample workout schedules. Teams will be paired with a Military Team Captain to help keep them motivated.  

At the end of the month-long challenge, teams will be named Alpha Warriors and each member completing the challenge will receive a special finisher's medal and an Alpha Warrior Team Tough t-shirt. Teams can join at any time during the one-month challenge but the later they join, the more difficult completing the mission of achieving Alpha level.
