Event Description
The Big Avocado 5K Run/Walk – Sunday, October 8th, 2017 is annual race is always held around Carpinteria Avocado week and is a great opportunity to enjoy a unique cross-coun- try/trail race along the beautiful Carpinteria Bluffs with spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean. The course is on well marked trails and is the same course as the Winter Warm Up 5K. With slight elevations changes, this run could provide a PR for any runner. Join us in supporting the Carpinteria and Summerland Public Schools by participating in this fundraiser. This race is part of the Santa Barbara Athletic Association Grand Prix Series.
