Location: Ranger College Campus by baseball field. 5K Course will be 2 loops around grassy area behind baseball field, airport and softball field. 3200 meter course will be 1 larger loop.

Course description: mostly flat, some slight uphill, grass and dirt. Spikes recommended.

Timing:           Race Day Event Services: Chip timing

Parking:         Free on Ranger Campus by athletic complex and basketball gym

Entry fee:       $10 individuals, $75 per team per division/ $300 max per school

Sports Medicine: A certified athletic trainer will be available at the finish line. A support vehicle will be available for on-the-course assistance. Each race will have a trail crew following it, with immediate access to emergency services. EMS will be on call. No taping of athletes will be provided prior to races.

Entries due: Monday September 14, 2020 by 5 PM. No late entries accepted. Once entered you will receive 2 emails: one from Coach Graham immediately, one after entries are uploaded by Race Day Event Services.

Divisions:       

3:30 PM           Varsity girls      5,000 meters

3:50 PM           Varsity girls      3,200 meters

4:10 PM           Varsity boys      5,000 meters

4:30 PM           JV girls             3,200 meters

4:50 PM           JV boys            5,000 meters

5:10 PM                        8th  grade girls   3,200 meters

5:30 PM                        8th  grade boys   3,200 meters

5:50 PM                        7th  grade girls   3,200 meters

6:10 PM                        7th  grade boys    3,200 meters

*  NOTE: You may run up to 10 runners per race on one team. If you have more than 10 in a division, we will create a “B” team. You will only be charged for one division, if that is the case. Only 10 runners per school allowed in each Varsity race. Individuals if less than 5 runners in a division.

Awards: Plaques to first place team in each division. Top 10 individuals in each division receive medals.

·         No dressing facilities will be provided. Ample bathrooms available.

·         Concession stand will be available. Located by FINISH line.
