Event Description
Troop 139's Annual Heroes Challenge 5K is about fitness, community, and fun! By registering, you are helping to honor the Everyday Heroes in our community such as firefighters, police officers, teachers, doctors, nurses, paramedics, and all of those who make our lives safer and better.
A portion of the proceeds from this event will go to the Widows, Orphans & Disabled Firemen's Fund, the Los Angeles Police Memorial Foundation, the Valley Food Bank and other charities which provide needed support and services to our heroes and our community. A portion of the proceeds will also go to sponsor Troop 139 for needed equipment, camperships and outings.
