Event Description

Come join us Elberton, GA for the 17th Annual Twilight Stroll by the Granite Bowl 5K and 10.1K.  The start/finish is near the Elbert Theater, located at the corner of S Oliver and Church Streets near the Square in downtown Elberton, GA.  ALL RUNNERS IN THE 10.1K MUST BE ABLE TO WALK/RUN A 13 MINUTE MILE.

Event details and schedule

Registration and packet pickup begin at 6PM at the Elbert Arts Center behind the Elbert Theater

5K starts at 7PM

10.1K starts at 8PM and the course closes 1 hour and 30 minutes later.

5K awards after the start of the 10.1K

10.1K awards will be handed out as runners cards are posted.

Awards, Shirts and Goodies:  Special Awards will be presented to Overall M/F, Masters M/F, and top three M/F in 13 age groups.  Long Sleeved shirts are guaranteed to those who pre-register and will be given out while supplies last to race day registrants.  There will be plenty of refreshments.

Timing and Results: Finish line management and results provided by Classic Race Services with complete results posted online at www.classicraceservices.com, www.active.com, www.athlinks.com.

Course: The entire course is run on paved streets in the downtown area of Elberton, GA.  It will be dark so flashlights, headlamps, reflective vests or other items to you see or be seen are encouraged.

Series Affiliation:  The races are part of the 2020 Black Bag Race Series.

Other Info: In case of rain, the races will go on.  Delay of the start may happen in case of severe weather in the area at race time.  If severe weather continues, then the race director or local authorities may make the call to cancel the race at that time.  Sorry, no refunds.
