Description
The Couch to 5K Training program can help anyone, regardless of current fitness level or background, start up their running experience. All you need is running shoes, we?ll provide motivation, accountability, guidance, tips, and strength training to make you a better runner! This program will teach you injury prevention, nutrition, and training tips to help you achieve your goals. This class can also be a stepping stone to longer runs if someone has already completed a 5k and is looking to train for more. Instructor: Grace Martinez
