Event Description
Join us for the most unique and fun 5K, The Vineyard at Florence Run for the Wine! Sunday, April 14th. The fun begins at noon, with pump-you-up sounds from the DJ. The run starts at 1:00 pm.
This picturesque course will take you through the actual vineyards and, upon completion, celebrate your run with a glass of wine (you must be 21 or up to receive the wine). "Wine down" after the race with more drink specials, great food, and live music!
Ticket price includes a commemorative wine glass, t-shirt, wine and the happy knowledge of benefiting the Florence Parks and Recreation Department.

- Thursday, April 11th, 8:30 am - 9:00 pm
- Friday, April 12th, 8:30 am - 9:00 pm
- Saturday, April 13th 8:30 am- 9:30 pm
- Sunday, April 14th, 10:30 am to 12:30 pm - Race Day!

- 1:00 pm Race Begins
- The DJ will begin at noon and live music will begin at 1:15
Course Info:
- The course will start at the Vineyard at Florence just outside the Winery Building and go around and through the vineyards. Some of the course WILL be uneven ground, so please be aware and take caution.
Parking Info:
- Free parking is available for all participants in front of the Vineyard at Florence and will be clearly marked.
What to Bring/Wear:
- Please bring a valid government-issued photo ID when you pick up your packet.
- Please wear running/athletic apparel and running shoes;/sneakers. This will be a partly off-road event.
Other Details:
- There will be a food options on site if you would like to eat before/after the event
- Children under 21 welcome until 4 PM
- NO STROLLERS OR PETS will be allowed on the course
Please be advised that the running course may be uneven due to the course going "off-road" and remember to take caution when running this race. Once again, strollers or pets will not be permitted. ALSO please note than any registrants that sign up AFTER March 20th will NOT be guaranteed a specific t-shirt size, although we will do our very best.
As this is benefiting a civic cause, refunds will not be issued. We appreciate your understanding.
