Event Description

We want to pro­vide all par­tic­i­pants with a fun, healthy and safe run­ning event, while sup­port­ing and show­cas­ing our local communities. Santa to the Sea is a non-profit event ( tax ID 26–3529617) that helps col­lect Christ­mas gifts and toys for under­priv­i­leged chil­dren in Ven­tura County. Addi­tion­ally, work­ing with Oxnard Col­lege and the Gene Haas Foundation, Santa to the Sea pro­vides schol­ar­ships to local high school seniors, as well as those adults con­tin­u­ing their education. With your help in 2014, we were able to give away thou­sands of gifts and toys, as well as award­ing 100 deserv­ing stu­dents a $500 schol­ar­ship for their fall 2015 semes­ter at Oxnard Col­lege.  This year, we hope to do even more.
