Walk & Roll 2018

Walk & Roll Abilities Festival was created in 2017 by the Gurmilan Foundation in San Diego as a way to raise funds for its programs and provide a fun experience for the whole family. This is an active and recreational event for the whole family and people of all abilities that benefits people with disabilities in the community. All proceeds from this walk fund the Gurmilan Foundation’s scholarship program in San Diego, the Surf Therapy program in Tijuana and Rosarito.

The event features a 5k and 1k walk at the Marina View Park in Chula Vista. This year’s edition of Walk & Roll will feature live music, with Bulevar Descarga as our guest, and carnival with activities and food for everyone to enjoy.

REGISTRATION

Early bird registry (Starting August 14th): $20.00 USD

Regular registration (September 14th - October 13th): $25.00 USD

Day of the event registration: $35.00 USD

Supply Drive

Bring medical supplies to donate! The Gurmilan Foundation is hosting a medical supply drive during the Walk & Roll event. Stop by the Supply Drive booth before or after the walk to drop off your donations. Most needed medical supplies:

1- Latex gloves
2- Incontinence products
3- Gauze and wound dressings
