Preschool Level 1
Guppy level introduces basic water adjustment and flotation skills for preschoolers with little or no water experience.
*Hold breath under water for three seconds
*Bob/comfortably walk in chest-deep water
*Float/kick comfortably on front and back with assistance
Exit Skills: comfort in water, blow bubbles underwater
