Parent participation is required.
Starfish participants will learn the following:
- How to enter and exit the water independently
- Travel without support
- Bob (Submerge face underwater)
- Blowing bubbles
- Front float
- Flutter kick with support up front
- Introduction to back stroke arms with support
- Rollover front to back and return to standing with support
- Proper use of a life jacket in the water
Participants are expected to wear appropriate swim ware (No cut-offs).
Towels will not be provided. Participant must bring their own towel.
