Event Description
Welcome to the 1st Annual Building Hope 5K: Run/Walk taking place at LindenPointe on Saturday, July 12th at 9:00 am (Registration at 8:00 am). This 5k will support the Building of Hope Ministry in Hermitage, PA. This mission provides beds, basic furniture, and essential household items to those in need - offering not just comfort, but dignity and a renewed sense of HOPE. Your race fee/donation will make a lasting difference in the lives of individuals and families right here in our community! We hope you will join us! More details can be found below:
- Featuring: Sips n Spurs (O'Neill Coffee Truck) and Rita's Italian Ice
- Free shirt for the first fifty 5K race registrants (does not apply to the kid's race)
- Medals for Top 3 in each age group (14 and under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+)
- Special Prizes for 1st overall male and female finishers
- Race Fee: $20 (Price may increase on race day)
- Kids Race: $5 (Ages 12 and under)
- Medals or ribbons will be given to all participants in the kid's race
- Timed by Miles of Smiles Timing Service
