Event Description
The Cryptid CaniQuest: Choose Your Pack. Chase the Legends.
Starting May 1st, lace up your trail shoes and leash up your adventure buddy—it’s time to chase myths, earn glory, and sniff out the unknown in The Cryptid CaniQuest, a virtual canicross challenge inspired by legendary creatures of lore.
Each participant will choose a team that they and their dog identify with:
- The Bigfoot Barkers 👣
- Nessie’s Navigators 🐉
- The Winged Watchdogs 🦋
- Area 51 Fetch Force 👽
Once you’ve picked your pack, you’ll receive a team-themed quest list filled with adventurous “Fetch Quests” to complete between May 1st and June 30th. These challenges are all about exploring the wild, pushing your limits, and spotting the unexplainable. The team that completes the most quests will earn ultimate bragging rights as the top trackers of the unknown.
Participants who chose the giveaway option will receive:
A limited-edition Cryptid CaniQuest challenge coin!
A custom race tote to celebrate your legendary run!
Bonus Reminder: All miles completed during the Cryptid CaniQuest count toward your Lifetime Achieved Miles titles, and one distance per registration can be submitted toward your Race Dog Title—so you can chase cryptids and your next big milestone at the same time.
