NOTE:
We're not here for the seasoned marathoners or track stars (though they're welcome too!). Our run-walk-run program was created specifically for those who:
-Have never run before
-Have tried running but struggled
-Are coming back after injury or illness
-Feel intimidated by traditional running programs
The people who need this program most are those who don't consider themselves "runners" yet. Just as a physician helps heal the sick, our program helps transform beginners into confident finishers.
No judgment. No expectations. Just a supportive community meeting you exactly where you are.
