Event Description
The Flying Feet Summer Running Program is a 10-week training program design to develop a base of fitness for fall races. The program runs from Monday, June 16th through Sunday, August 24th. The program will support runners of all experience levels and paces, including high school and college runners training for fall cross county. Each runner will have a training plan to follow for the 10-week program. There will be coached workouts offered in Littlestown at 6:30pm on Tuesday and in Westminster at 6:30pm on Wednesday. Coached workouts will also be offered every other Saturday.
A group 5K race will be held on Saturday, August 23rd at no additional cost.
