Event Description

The Social Work Student Association at California State University, Fresno is hosting a Child Abuse/Foster Care Awareness 5K Run/Walk, which will not only raise awareness about child abuse and Foster Care but also incorporate a wellness component for families. This dual-purpose event aims to both advocate for child safety and foster care raising awareness of the need to support the well-being of families, caregivers and foster youth. By promoting self-care and providing resources for mental and physical well-being, this event seeks to increase family and individual well-being.
