Ladies, let’s run! Whether you’re just starting out or looking to improve your speed and endurance, our Ladies & Girls Running Program is the perfect way to train in a fun, supportive group. The Beginner Class is for those new to running, helping you build confidence and endurance at your own pace. The Intermediate Class is for those who can already run a mile and want to improve speed, stamina, and technique. I’m Shani, a personal trainer and running coach, and I’d love to help you reach your goals! Sessions run on Sundays—Beginners at 10 AM (4 weeks, $100) and Intermediate at 7:30 PM (6 weeks, $150).
