Join us on a challenge this month to strengthen your legs. Lunges are a strength training exercise that may help you strengthen, sculpt, and tone your body. They can also improve overall fitness and athletic performance. Lunges are a resistance exercise that is popular for its ability to strengthen your back, hips, and legs, while improving mobility and stability. Lunges are ideal for those wishing to get stronger and for current athletes, including runners and cyclists.
Send Carolee an email @ caroleeluther@gmail.com at the end of each week letting me know how you are progressing. At the end of the month let Carolee know you have completed the challenge. Gotta love a challenge!
