Event Description

Are you new to running? Do you want to run a mile for the first time without stopping? Make A Mile is a 4-week training program for all fitness levels. We will utilize intervals to get you to your goal. We will meet on Tuesday nights at 6 pm, Thursdays at 9 am, and Saturdays at 8 am.
