- water/gatorade/Gu gels at the start/finish for 10k/15 every 3.1 miles

and  half marathon every 4.36 miles 

- 15k and half marathon time limit finish by 11:30AM, early start option at 7:45AM if

- course through beautiful nature preserve on railbed trail

(~25% paved, 75% hard packed gravel/dirt)

- medals for all participants, no shirts to keep costs low

- results posted on the website evening of the race
