Event Description

We're joining in on the springtime fun by adding a new 5k to our line up - The Pushing Up Daises 5k!

The Pushing Up Daises 5k will take participants on a very hilly tour of East Atlanta with a loop around the gorgeous Sylvester Cemetery, where you can spot beautiful foliage among the trees and trails of this neighborhood gem. East Atlanta residents will be out in full force as they ready for the day's events, providing cheers of support to our neighborhood guests. Runners and walkers of all levels are welcome!

The leadership team for East Atlanta Runs decided to add the The Pushing Up Daisies 5k to our line up in an effort to raise funds for local organizations that may see cuts to their funding in the near future. Now is a time to come together, and we hope you'll join our cause to support crucial programs like Georgia works (cleaning up East Atlanta Village), the East Atlanta Kids Club (an organization dedicated to enriching the lives of children in our community), and the Sylvester Cemetery Foundation.

After the race, our Athlete's Village will provide racers with entertainment, snacks, drinks, and more. Come for the run, stay for the fun!
