Event Description

Join us for the Medical Lake Triathlon. 1/4 or 1/2 mile swim in Medical Lake, 11 or 22 mile bike, and/or 2.8 or 5.6 mile run around Medical Lake. All registrants get a custom designed Medical Lake Triathlon T-Shirt, hand towel and Cliff Bar. For the swim keep the orange buoys to you right (clockwise). Bikes mount at road and stay to the right. There will be two flaggers at each of the turn arounds and start/finish. All finishers receive authentic Medical Lake Medallion. The 2.8 mile run goes counter clockwise around Medical Lake. *** Event starts May 24, 2025 at 8 am. **

Plenty of Parking at Medical Lake. Pre-race briefing will be on line Thursday May 22, 2025, 5 pm, Friday May 23, 2025, 4 pm bib pick up (optional) pasta dinner (pizza and snacks). Race starts promptly at 8 am Saturday May 24, 2025 - Swim, Bike, Run.
