Event Description
Welcome back everyone! 😊
Join us on March 27th at 5:45pm for an evening of running, breath-work, and yoga. Charlotte, a breath work coach and RYT500 yoga instructor, will be our host for this evenings event. We're going to change the location this time though - woodruff park! So instead of meeting up at the store, we will meetup there and run the riverwalk for 2 miles, and then come back and do some sunset yoga.Â
Please bring water with you if you think you'd need it; it is getting warmer so you may want to have some. And maybe bring some bug spray too!Â
Please bring a yoga mat with you; we do not have extras. If you'd like to have water with you for the run, please feel free to bring some with you. Â
Since we are changing locations, we can also have more people!Â
