Event Description
Join us for the First ever Richmond Hill Fitness challenge May 31st @ JF Gregory Park Benefiting The Kings Heart which serves young men who have been victims of trafficking.
What to expect:
- A fun fitness challenge for everyone in the community. This may sound difficult but start training early!!
- Fun for the kids- bouncy houses and more.
- Food trucks- maybe some ice cream too.
- Meet some of your local police officers, fire fighters, EMT's, and military members.
The Fitness Challenge: Competitors will complete 5 fitness challenges back to back and the fastest time wins!
The challenges are:
Tire Flip- Competitors will flip a large tire for 65 feet.
Male over 200lbs- Approximately 400lbs tire
Male under 200lbs and Masters- Approximately 300lbs tire
Female- Approximately- 150lbs tire
Police Vehicle Pull- While seated on the ground competitors will pull a police vehicle with a rope for 65 feet.
Male over 200lbs- Police Tahoe
Male under 200lbs and Masters- Police Charger
Female- Police UTV
Farmers Carry- Competitors will farmer carry a weighted hex bar for 65 feet.
Male over 200lbs- 300lbs
Male under 200lbs and Masters- 250lbs
Female- 135lbs
Police Vehicle Push- Competitors will push a police vehicle for 65 feet.
Male over 200lbs- Police F-150 4x4 or similar
Male under 200lbs and Masters- Police F-150 2x4 or similar
Female- Police UTV
100 Yard Sprint
What's included: Competitors will receive a t-shirt (with early registration).
Water and refreshments will be provided.
Awards for top three in each division.
**This event does not allow straps, belts or lifting suits. You may use gloves, stickem, chalk or other types of lifting rosin for grip enhancement.
**Each competitor will complete each task back to back until completed or competitor cannot continue.
