Event Description

Join Xpand Your Limits on May 17th, 2025, for an empowering women-only 5K walk/run/ruck or young girls 1-miler to push your limits and break through boundaries. After the race, enjoy exclusive access to our Sauna/Cold Plunge Village and watch our high-energy all-women's lifting event. Plus, part of the proceeds benefit Girls on the Run, empowering young girls to build confidence through physical activity.

Each participant will receive an Exclusive XYL 5k Patch that each athlete has earned, full access to our sauna and cold plunge village for recovery, free access to our all-women's lifting event happening that day, a portion of their fee funding Girls on the Run, athlete bag full of sponsored goodies and discount cards and a merchandise voucher to receive a discount to an exclusive XYL event day shirt.
