Event Description

On Saturday, May 17, 2025, the City of Beaumont will celebrate the return of Breezin’ Through Beaumont. This event consists of a 5k road race. Everyone is encouraged to come out and watch this exciting event.

Course
The races will begin in front of the Beaumont Civic Center, located at: 550 E. Sixth St., Beaumont, CA 92223. and continue along the islands of Palm Avenue to 13th Street before returning southbound to 11th Street where the race will wind around Stewart Park before finishing back at the Civic Center. Whether you are an experienced runner or an avid walker, everyone who is interested is encouraged to participate.

Awards
The top three individual male and female finishers in each age division will be awarded medals. Overall male and females winners will receive trophies.

Event Times

·         6:30 a.m. - preregistration starts 

·         8 a.m. - Race starts 

o    Expected to maintain a 15 minute mile pace 

Presentations will be made at the awards ceremony following the compilation of the race results. The awards ceremony is expected to take place at 9am on the front steps of the Civic Center.

General Information

Bib Pick-up Information

·         Pick-up on race day at the Beaumont Civic Center beginning at 6:30 a.m. 

·         Runners can pick up their race bibs and t-shirts ahead of race day on May 12 – 15 from 1pm to 5pm at the Albert A. Chatigny Sr. Community Recreation Center, located at 1310 Oak Valley Parkway. 

Road Closures
During the events, there will be rolling street closures and no-parking zones throughout the course. The areas most affected within the city will be along:

Maple Ave

8th Street

Orange Ave
