Introducing.....the Tri Strong Solution by Coach Beth Andrew & Coach Sami Winter.
We are expanding our Swim Strong Solution to the Bike and the Run and we're bringing it to Yorktown, Virginia on March 21 - 23. Details and Registration opens January 25, 2025.
SWIM STRONG SOLUTION
We believe that the solution to a stronger swim is a combination of the complete catch, an increased stroke rate and your critical swim speed. Developed by Sami Winter (USAT Level III Coach and Swim Speed Secrets certified) and Beth Andrew (USAT Level II Endurance Coach), the swim strong solution is a method designed to increase your sustainable speed.
BIKE STRONG SOLUTION
Our Bike Strong Solution is centered around strength endurance, proper bike fit and bike handling. We can't wait to introduce you to these three tactics that will improve your cycling this year.
RUN STRONG SOLUTION
Our Run Strong Solution is based on cadence, pace and mechanics. More info on this to come!
