Race Day Schedule:
7:30 AM – Packet pickup and same-day race registration (registration closes 20 minutes before each event)
8:30 AM – 5k begins
8:35 AM – 1k begins
· 9:30 AM – Awards Ceremony
All proceeds benefit Beau Bear Organization. The mission of Beau Bear Organization is a non-profit organization whose mission is to reach and bless families after the tragic and sudden loss of a child. Founded by a family that has walked through their own loss, the foundation was born out of compassion and the conviction to help others that are dealing with emotional trauma. The Beau Bear Organization provides financial aid, household essentials, and additional emotional support and resources.
Runners will arrive at the finish line in time to grab breakfast and coffee and enjoy some entertainment!
Race t-shirts guaranteed to racers registered by March 17th, 2025.

Your packet will be available at early packet pick up and you must be registered by March 17th to get a shirt.

1k: Award ribbons to all participant finishers

Entry fees are NON-REFUNDABLE and entries are NON-TRANSFERABLE. Sorry, no exceptions. Once we receive and accept your entry, you will not receive a refund if you cannot participate – it will be considered a donation to the Beau Bear Foundation. You may not give or sell your number to anyone else. The event will be held rain or shine.
