Event Description
The Tour de Small Towns bike ride is a unique event designed to bring together the communities of Southeast Idaho while showcasing the charm and character of each town along the route. Riders will have the opportunity to explore scenic routes of 40, 87, or 150+ miles, making this ride accessible to cyclists of all skill levels.
Along the way, participants will stop in Inkom, McCammon, Downey, Clifton, Dayton, and Weston, with each town offering an aid station to provide riders with refreshments and support. These stops allow each town to highlight what makes them unique, offering a platform to showcase local goods, products, and activities to both riders and their supporters.
This event is more than just a bike ride – it’s an opportunity for these small towns to connect with the broader community, promote local businesses, and celebrate what makes Southeast Idaho special. Riders will experience the best of what each town has to offer, from McCammon’s welcoming spirit to Malad City’s rich history.
The ride will conclude with a lively post-race celebration in Inkom, where participants can enjoy food, entertainment, and camaraderie. The Tour de Small Towns not only offers a great physical challenge but also fosters a sense of community, bringing locals and visitors together for an unforgettable experience.
