Event Description
Frozen Feet Challenge 2024 is here!
February 1, 2025 - February 28, 2025
Welcome to the 2025 Frozen Feet Challenge! Let’s MOVE OUTSIDE during the coldest part of the year! YOU are one of 1,000+ participants that will challenge yourselves to building a healthy habit this winter. We challenge you to achieve the FULL 4 week streak.
Beginning on Thursday, February 1, the challenge is to walk, hike, or run one mile (or more) every day OUTSIDE for 4 weeks! To be accountable, log the miles completed on our registration site. The Frozen Feet Challenge uses the honor system, please record only daily miles completed. We will have awards for Top Team Mileage, Top Individual Male and Top Individual Female. We will also have a raffle which all finishers will be automatically entered into.
It is your responsibility to log your miles on the site - we recommend either daily or weekly and not waiting until the end of the challenge. The best success rate happens logging miles immediately after your walk, hike, ruck, or run. Please note, you must manually enter your results, the site will not import or sync info from external apps or devices, but you can upload a GPX, FIT, or TCX file directly.
NEW THIS YEAR: Unlike prior years, we are not requiring that you log your miles weekly. We encourage you to set an alarm on your phone or calendar weekly (if not daily) to record your miles so that you don’t get behind.
NEW THIS YEAR: Teams! Create a team to get friends, family, and co-workers to join the challenge! Cheer each other on to finish the challenge. Want to join a team but haven’t yet? Click here to register for a team.

Please note: If you are registering someone other than yourself, make sure that you input THEIR email address so they can log their miles easily, and they get updates from us.
HOW TO LOG YOUR MILES:
Head to the Frozen Feet registration page. You may need to login to your Run Sign Up account if you aren’t already logged in.
From there, click the “results” tab and follow the prompts from there.
(Remember to enter miles and not steps!)
