Event Description
Salt Creek 24 is the first of its kind on the Olympic Peninsula!
Located at the Salt Creek Recreation Area in Port Angeles, Washington, individuals will be treated to expansive views of the Strait of Juan de Fuca, towering evergreens, vivid green moss and ferns, along with a bit of World War II history! With three event options, this all-day, all-night event has so much opportunity to get you on your feet, challenge you and provide you with scenery you won’t find anywhere else!
24-hour race: Runners and/or walkers will circle the park on a 1.3 mile route for 24 hours either solo or as part of a relay team.
Last Runner Standing: Runners start and end at Salt Creek Recreation Area, but this course has racers summiting neighboring Striped Peak every hour on the hour until only one racer remains. Take on the ultimate challenge with this 3.75-mile course with over 1,000 vertical elevation per summit.
