LIBERTY ADVENTURE PROGRAM

Saturday, January 18- Monday, January 20

Active Duty E1-E6 Junior Enlisted Sailor $200

Liberty Adventure Program is hosting a two-night Self Nurture in Nature program; partnering with The Perch at Twin Peaks Retreat location. The group will engage in wellness activities that are geared towards maximizing mental health. Group meditation and opening up conversations to help manage feelings, forest bathing (engage with your senses by fully immersing yourself in nature, finding peace, calm, and reconnection), hiking throughout the San Bernardino Mountains, explore the local town and enjoy ice skating.

*Group will be staying in cabins (shared rooms but individual beds). Park for winter temperatures. 

***Open to JUNIOR ENLISTED E1-E6 ACTIVE DUTY FIRST and if we have extra open spaces the week of the event, we will open it up to Active Duty Sponsored Guests 18 years (very limited guests spaces due to popularity of this trip)

Depart NASNI Liberty at 9 am
