Event Description
YOU ARE CORDIALLY INVITED TO ABBY RELAYS
This year, my birthday dream was to host a low-stakes track meet and bring together friends and teammates from my running community along with my non-runner pals.
Abby Relays is my birthday event, but all are welcome, whether you're a local sprinter looking to throw down a fast, official time, or you're my yoga, gym, or art friend who's never run a race before. Abby Relays features all short distances because I believe that everyone can run, jog, or shuffle half a lap around the track!
We'll kick things off at 12pm and operate on a rolling schedule from there. All events will be officially timed by my favorite USATF officials, Chris Forti and Becca Conkling (who both also happen to be Sagittariuses).

200m
4x200m Relay
Kids 100m Dash
Sprint Medley Relay (200-200-400-800m)
Other Notes:
-If you are planning to sign up a full team—or have 2+ team members already and are open to having me add to your team—for one of the relays, please note that when you register, and list the names of the other individuals making up your relay team.
-If you don't want to run at all, but would like to come out and cheer be a part of my celebration, please sign up for the "Cheerleader/Spectator/Non-Runner" option as a way of RSVPing.
-If you are open to running but don't have a team / don't know what events to sign up for, sign up as a "Cheerleader/Spectator/Non-Runner" and include a note indicating that. I will create teams based on that information.
-If there are enough sign-ups for a particular event, we'll run multiple heats, TBD on the day of the event.
-All events are free. :)
-There will be an after-party at Billy's Bar. If you can't stomach a track meet, you can just meet us there, too.
