What: Monthly challenges to keep you engaged (and guessing- what's next???) to stay consistent in movement throughout the quarter or the whole year!
When: Starts January 1, 2025
Where: Anywhere! The beauty of this challenge is that it can be completed anywhere.
Why: Because why not? This is a friendly challenge that will offer monthly activities/challenges and keep us motivated throughout 2025 and beyond.
REGISTRATION DETAILS:
-Register for the quarter or the year and be lined up with challenges corresponding with the time allotment you selected. Quarterly challenge finishers are eligible to win prizes along the way, and the full 2025 participants will receive a medal and RunAbout the Year jacket! These challenges can be completed anywhere so lock in some extra motivation with our RunAbout the Year 2025 challenge!
Monthly challenges include*:
January: 3.1 for 31 (3.1 miles/day for 31 days)
February: Strength! Inner Athlete virtual strength and conditioning
March: Elevation gain challenge
April: Outdoor fitness BINGO
May: Run/Walk streak challenge
June: Decrease your one-mile walking
July: Decrease your running one-mile time
August: Hydration challenge
September: Strength- inner athlete strength and conditioning
October: Mobility challenge
November: Nutrition
December: Indoor (or outdoor) Fitness BINGO
