Date--July 19

Location--Check in-- StageCoach Lake Dock Area. S60th Panama Road. 7:30am

Hickman,ne

Drop off bikes and kayaks in Transition area at StageCoach.

You will get a map of the course. 

Fees--$45 per person. 

Fees include shirts,snacks,drinks,awards

Registration closes July 1. 

Format- solo, teams of 2 (teams form at check in) will do these disciplines in order. 
1. solo will do all disciplines. 
teams will have one person run then the other kayak at StageCoach. 
Both will bike to Wagon Train Lake and do the loop. 
2. Runner does the North out across the damn and back. Approximately 3 miles. 
3. Once back from run put on life vest and paddle clockwise watching the tags along the shore. Paddle to the dock. 2.5 miles. 
3.Racers will get on bikes and follow the run course out and to S54th st. 
North to StageCoach road then right at S68th st. 
Over the bridge to Wagon Train Road then East to Area 6 parking lot at Wagon Train Lake. 
Enter the South Trails and go clockwise on the South loop. 
Once completed ride exactly back to StageCoach the way you went out. Approx. 17 miles. Check in at the finish. 
There will be tags along the run route, kayak and bike to keep you on course and volunteers.
