It's time to get BACK WITH THE PACK! Have you done 5K, Half Marathon or Marathon races in the past but life got in the way and you stopped doing the sport you loved? Perhaps you moved, had an injury or just got too busy? We have the program for you! The brand new Red Coyote RESTART Training Program! This 6 week session is geared toward those who have past experience but need motivation to get moving again. The focus will be a refresher on running form, injury prevention, nutrition, taking those initial steps and getting over that hump.  We'll kick it all off on Monday, November 11, 2024 at 6:00pm at the Red Coyote Classen Curve Store with a target race of Merry Mitchmas on Saturday, December 21, 2024!  This program will be FREE of charge and just a great opportunity to meet as a group and RESTART together! There will be 2 upcoming info meetings on Monday, October 14, 2024 at 7:00pm and Monday October 28, 2024 at 7:00pm with all the details. Both meetings will be at the Red Coyote Classen Curve Store and will have a Zoom option as well!

The training schedule is every Monday evening at 6:00pm from November 11, 2024 to December 16, 2024 and every Saturday morning at 8:00am from November 16, 2024 to December 14, 2024. This program is FREE so there are no race entries included with registration, but Merry Mitchmas on Saturday, December 21, 2024 is a great target race you can sign up for! You also have the option to purchase a Red Coyote Restart Training Program long sleeve technical t-shirt for $15.00 when you register. Purchase not required but they will be awesome!
