Lace up your shoes and grab some friends for Project Freedom Ride’s Frosty Paws 5k Your Way!

 Choose your favorite route and walk, jog, run, bike, skate, or roll, or even tackle it indoors. It is completely up to you! You can complete the distance all in one session or break it up to fit your abilities and schedule. The 5K can be completed anytime between December 1st to 14th.

In addition to supporting Project Freedom Ride’s lifesaving mission, you’ll receive a limited-edition Frosty Paws 5k Your Way shirt & sticker if registered by October 31st! Register after October 31st and you will receive the limited-edition Frosty Paws 5k sticker, ONLY while supplies last. All orders include shipping. Shirts are expected to start shipping mid-November.

Project Freedom Ride was started by Roman McConn after learning at just 4 years old that not all shelter dogs found families. In that moment he decided that things needed to change, and with the help of his mom, started visiting shelters to make videos with the dogs. After his dad was transferred to Japan, Roman and his mom moved to her home state of Washington. They realized the dogs in Texas still needed help and Project Freedom Ride was born. They began transporting dogs to the Northwest where they had much better chances of being adopted. At seven, his family reunited in Evans, Georgia when his dad was transferred with the military for the last time. Now 13, he has continued the mission of helping unwanted shelter dogs in GA & SC for the past 5 years. Since December of 2016 Project Freedom Ride has helped over 5,000 shelter dogs find their freedom through our transport program and loving adopting families.
