Event Description

100% of the proceeds of this race will be donated to the American Heart Association (AHA). The AHA is celebrating 100 years of supporting heart health this year so please take part in this great race for a great cause! Heart disease is the No. 1 killer in the United States despite many advances. We have the ability to greatly impact our local community and the country. Please consider racing for hearts! 

You can register and complete whatever event you choose to do between 10/18 and 12/4. This timeframe is important because it is the 7 weeks of the AHA Leader of Impact Campaign. This campaign is an event held by the AHA which nominates a leader to put a team together to raise funds and awareness for the AHA. This is a fun untimed event that is meant to promote cardiovascular health, raise awareness of the importance of heart health, and raise money for the AHA. The first 75 participants will receive a t-shirt. I will do my best to get you your chosen size but certain sizes may be limited. Please get your friends and family involved and take pictures before, during, or after your walk/run/bike. Please post it on social media and tag me (Amy Reed)!
