Event Description
Description: Join us for a wellness session designed specifically for runners! Learn how to take care of both your body and mind as you work towards your training goals. This 75min class includes a brief talk on using mindset and mantra techniques to enhance focus, maintain motivation, and boost mental resilience throughout your running journey. We will follow the discussion with a yoga and mindful movement practice featuring restorative and strengthening postures tailored for runners. These movements aim to support injury prevention, improve recovery, and increase overall performance. Whether you're just starting out or are a seasoned runner, this class will offer tools to help you feel stronger, more balanced, and ready to meet your running goals. All levels welcome! Bring your yoga mat!

About Holly: Holly Zajur is a lifelong learner of yoga and mindfulness, which are at the foundation of all that she does. She is a firm believer that these practices can have a transformative effect on mental, physical, and spiritual wellbeing. Running has also been a key component to her healing journey, and she has been running since 2015 completing a half marathon and Triathlon. She loves being a part of the Richmond running community!
