Event Description

Rex Runs Kindly is dedicated to helping victims of bullying and abuse overcome the long-term mental effects of their experiences. We feel that through running, victims can build resilience and confidence and help to negate those feelings of inferiority. Please support our cause.

Pick between varying distances, the only 2 SOLID rules are:

1: YOU MUST DO ONE GOOD DEED TO MAKE SOMEONE'S DAY A LITTLE BETTER once during the duration of these virtual races. If possible, take a picture/video or email us what, when and how. 

2: You may walk, run, ride, crawl, swim, ski, as long as you are out there enjoying life.
