Event Description

The Spartanburg Upstate Fatherhood Coalition proudly presents the Run for Fathers 5K, an event dedicated to raising awareness and support for disadvantaged fathers in Spartanburg and Spartanburg County. Our mission is to empower fathers with the resources, community, and encouragement they need to thrive. Through this event, we strive to foster a sense of unity and purpose, highlighting fathers' critical role in the well-being of our families and community. Join us in making a difference, one step at a time.

Our Head Trainer and Race Day Ambassador. Hosea Scurry from Toned Avenue Fitness Club at Westgate Mall on the Westside of Spartanburg will be leading the charge for all gyms to connect to. If you Gym, fitness club, or personal training facility wants to participate, volunteer or run, then our missions align.
