Fleet Feet Pensacola is hosting a training program for Double Bridge Run 15k/5k
Sign up now for our 10-week group training program for the 2025 Double Bridge Run 15k/5k! Training begins Thursday November 19th. Participants will be given 4 structured workouts each week to complete. Two workouts will be done as a group on Thursday evenings at 6pm and Saturday mornings at 7am.
This year we're excited to announce that we'll be offering a virtual training option. With virtual training you'll receive your weekly workout plan, access to the community group chat, and virtual feedback from the coaches. This is a great option for anyone with a busy schedule or for those coming from out-of-town. Virtual participants are welcome to join in any of the in-person sessions too!
For those who would like to train for the 5k there are no pre-requisites to participate. If you are planning to take part in the 15k training we recommend that you be able to comfortably be able to complete a 5k distance.
Race registration is not included.
