Event Description

Knox Whitley Humane Association, also know as Knox/Whitley Animal Shelter, is a non-profit organization that helps our communities homeless animals by providing housing and care while they wait for their forever families.  KWHA also serves the communities by providing spay and neuter assistance to help reduce the overpopulation problem in our areas.  We serve the counties of Knox, Whitley, and Clay.  Fundraising helps us save even more lives and is vital to helping us continue to serve our communities and continue to do this much needed work.  This race is located in beautiful Williamsburg Kentucky and is a fast out and back course. It is the same course as the famous Turkey Trot race in November. Our races have always been so much fun in prior years and we have no doubt this year will be a blast too!  See you at the race!
