Event Description
Project SEARCH is a high school transition to work program for young adults with disabilities that takes place entirely at the workplace (Ebenezer Middle School). The goal for each student in this program is competitive employment. The program provides real life work experiences combined with training in employability and independent living skills to help young adults make successful transitions from school to productive adult life.
A portion of the money raised at this event will be donated to the Ebenezer Middle School Best Buddies. Best Buddies supports friendship building and inclusion for students with disabilities. Students are provided opportunities to engage and interact with each other during and after school. The remaining money will be used to support the Project SEARCH program.
