Event Description

The American Cancer Society @ University of Iowa student organization is hosting a 5K run and walk event this fall to kickstart the school year and fundraise for cancer research and patient services! DETAILS TO COME IN SEPTEMBER 2024.

This race is a part of mini events for our annual event, Relay For Life at UIA! Stay tuned for details on the big event in Spring 2024. Relay For Life has been an annual student event at the University of Iowa for over ten years and supported cancer research at the UIHC, Russell and Ann Gerdin Hope Lodge, and 24/7 patient support at our hotline 1-800-227-2345.
